Maison Sinnae

Freshness & Heritage

Maison Sinnae started out life on the plateau overlooking the villages of Laudun and Chusclan, in the middle of a terroir left as a legacy for centuries and recognised as one of the region’s most important archaeological sites: Caesar’s Camp. Like a reflection of the passionate love that the Emperor Julius Caesar felt for his very first wife Cornelia Sinnae, our winegrowers work together and continue, generation after generation, to create history with passion and humility.

The strength of this passionate union still resonates today on their terroirs situated on the right bank of the Rhône river, where the Romans extended the culture of vine growing and wine over two thousand years ago.

The 170 winegrowing families are proud of their heritage and are keen that their Maison should be part of an efficient collective project, in harmony with its era and its environment. Day after day, they strive to get the best out of the 2450 hectares of vines, all driven by the same passion and respect for their land, and worthy heirs of a vibrant past that is still very much alive today.
